We are now looking for a licensed teacher in after-school care or trained after-school educator.

You will work together with colleagues to plan, implement, and document the work at the after-school care. As a teacher in after-school care, you are well acquainted with the curriculum. You see it as a given to adapt the activities you work in according to LGR 22 and the students' different conditions. We see that you are an engaged leader and meet each student according to their needs. During school hours, you work in a grade and become part of a team consisting of three primary school teachers and you as the teacher for after-school care.

We offer break activities where there should always be at least one adult-led break activity. It is an advantage if you have an interest and enjoy being outdoors with the students. To create both fun breaks and also have outdoor lessons.

We are looking for you who consciously work to create a good learning environment that is challenging, stimulating, and attracts students to curiosity and learning. As a teacher in after-school care, you contribute to the development of the activities in the right direction and provide our students with good conditions to grow and develop into creative, curious, and secure individuals.

You are communicative and easily build relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you are a flexible person who is there for all students at the school and can smoothly adopt the school's common approach. You take overall responsibility for the students' school day and contribute to well-being and community. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

In addition to being part of our fantastic team here at Innovitaskolan in Södertälje, you will be part of the Innovitaskolan concept where you will have the conditions to constantly be challenged as an educator and have the opportunity to develop the future skills of tomorrow's generation.
