We are looking for a skilled, engaged, and positive special educator for grades 7-9. You are driven and communicative and have a primary school teacher education with a focus on 7-9 as a foundation. You have good competence and experience regarding reading and writing difficulties as well as neuropsychiatric disabilities. You work well in interaction with others and have a coaching approach. You have good knowledge of the most common compensatory tools and are accustomed to conducting pedagogical investigations and action plans.

You are responsive to the needs of students and the organization and can easily adapt your working methods to different conditions. Your values align well with those of Västbergaskolan, and you are solution-focused and flexible. You have a good ability to collaborate with students, guardians, colleagues, and school management, as well as to work independently and follow common agreements. You have the ability to plan, implement, and follow up on special educational interventions. You work effectively and structured and have the ability to prioritize. You are well-versed in student health issues based on the Education Act and curriculum. You are passionate about being part of developing the organization from a special educational perspective at the organizational, group, and individual levels.
