Skärgårdsstadsskolan is a F-9 school with approximately 440 students, where students are divided into two classes per grade. The school is beautifully located near forests and the sea, about 8 km from Åkersberga center with good bus connections. About fifty educators work at the school to provide our students with the best possible education within the school and after-school care.

Your new job

You will work with grades 6-9 in Spanish. You will have colleagues, special educational competence, as well as student health and school management to collaborate with for the students' best interest. You will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in accordance with applicable governing documents. The position is 50% spread over three days a week. The position can be extended with possible mentorship and if you are qualified to teach another subject that meets our needs.

• Has teacher training for teaching Spanish
• Enjoys collaborating and sees teamwork as a success factor for students' learning
• Considers it natural that teaching is planned jointly with colleagues for equitable education
• Is clear, confident, and stable in your leadership
• Is aware of what it means to be a teacher and sees it positively that the school is constantly developing
• Engages in active and conscious relationship-building work with students and their guardians
• Is solution-focused and sees opportunities, always for the students' best
• Has the ability to vary teaching to meet differences
