We are looking for a passionate Power BI Developer!

Do you love diving into data and creating insightful visualizations? About the role:

As a Power BI Developer at Rikshem, you will play a central role in our agile team, where you will work together to develop and maintain effective BI solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Support in requirements gathering and business analysis: You will work with the business to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into a needs picture.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions and data models: You will create and optimize Power BI reports and data models that support business decisions.

• Support and training for users: You will provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Power BI solutions.

• Capacity planning in Fabric: You will monitor and configure the Power BI environment in Fabric, plan capacity, and optimize performance.

• Establish and ensure working methods: You will work to establish and follow standardized working methods and processes for sustainable BI solutions.

When it comes to experience and skills, we are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant academic education or equivalent competence through several years of work experience.

• Several years of experience working as a Power BI Developer in a medium to large organization.

• Expertise in and experience with Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, DAX, and PowerQuery.

• Experience in data and dimensional modeling.

It is a plus if you have:

• Education or certification in Power BI, advanced analytics, data engineering, and AI.

• Experience in the real estate industry and property systems.

• Experience with DW & ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience with Power BI Fabric and capacity management.

• Knowledge of Power Platform administration.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
