Administrator for Summer Temporary Position in Management Support

The Management Support Unit is a special unit responsible for the operation and management of processes within the education administration.

We now need to strengthen our team during the summer and are looking for an administrator for a summer temporary position.

The unit's mission is to provide management support for the entire administration and is responsible for the operation of the administration's processes (legislatively governed), internal/external audits, case handling, invoice management, and management support to the head of administration and heads of departments for preschool, primary school, and high school.

Within the unit, 11 investigators, developers, and qualified administrators work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator within the unit, you will provide administrative management support to the various operations of the administration. You will primarily work with case handling related to fee/contract management, where school placements and school transport may also occur, which involves both internal and external contacts.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a university degree of at least 120 credits in economics or another relevant education deemed suitable by the employer.

The following is also required for the position:

• experience working with fee management and case/system handling.
• excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and simply.
• very good Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• good knowledge of how preschools/schools are governed and if you have previously worked with handling processes related to educational activities.
• good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.
