About the role

As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in the company's financial management and business development. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and supporting management with decision-making materials. The role requires a combination of analytical skills, business understanding, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Analyze and monitor the company's financial results, identifying deviations and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models and processes for forecasting and scenario analysis
• Support management with strategic and operational decision-making materials
• Drive and implement efficiency initiatives within financial planning and analysis
• Collaborate with various departments to improve data collection and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and processes

Develop and maintain financial models and processes for forecasting and scenario analysis

• Rolling forecast updates (debt model/company)
• Business Plan updates (debt model/strategy)
• Ensure accuracy and quality in reporting

Support management with strategic and operational decision-making materials

• Investment decisions (infrastructure, electricity trading, IT, etc.)
• Decision-making materials for customer calculations

Your profile

We are looking for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have a strong drive to deliver quality results and a distinct ability to prioritize and solve problems.

Education:

Degree in economics at the university level, for example in finance, economics, or business administration.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with BI tools and financial systems.
• Experience working in a dynamic and business-oriented environment.
• Experience in a rapidly growing or scale-up company is highly desirable.

Personal qualities:

• Analytical and detail-oriented with a good ability to identify trends and insights.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various functions in the organization.
• Business-minded and strategically focused.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.

• Collective agreement: Technical Services Agreement.
• Travel in the job: May occur.
