As a Business Controller Supply Chain, you will play a key role in developing and streamlining processes together with the business, as well as driving financial monitoring and analysis. Department Description

You will be part of a controller team within the finance function and report to the Supply Chain Controller Manager. You will collaborate closely across the entire supply chain function and also work cross-functionally with the commercial organization. The location is Grängesberg or Stockholm. The role is central to securing and improving profitability and efficiency throughout the supply chain, from supplier to distribution to customer.

Job Description

As a Business Controller Supply Chain, you will:

• Support forecasting and budgeting processes for the entire supply chain.

• Be responsible for monthly investment follow-up in collaboration with the supply chain project organization.

• Prepare monthly financial statements with associated reporting for the entire supply chain.

• Develop and streamline work processes focusing on data collection, analysis, and visualization in collaboration with the controller team and the business.

• Follow up, analyze, and suggest improvements related to profitability, costs, and variances in the supply chain.

• Follow up, analyze, and drive improvement initiatives related to working capital for the entire supply chain.

• Support Product Calculators in ongoing calculation work.

• Ensure financial input and actively contribute to current improvement areas and projects.

Requirements and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in finance or industrial economics.

• Several years of experience in controlling or similar areas.

• Good system competence and a data-driven approach. You are familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between our production sites and headquarters.

Preferred:

• Experience with M3, Cognos, and structured improvement work.

As a person, you are business-oriented and analytical, with the ability to work both operationally, tactically, and strategically. You have a structured approach and enjoy collaborating across departmental boundaries. Your ability to communicate and visualize data makes you a valued team player.
