How you’ll make an impact

• Collaborate closely with line managers and their teams, fostering operational efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and consultants within the organization.
• Engage in communication and collaboration with local and global line management assistants.
• Coordinate conferences and meetings, both internally and externally, to support effective stakeholder engagement.
• Have the ability to take initiative and act as a collaborative partner for managers in the organization
• Provide support to the management team with reports, presentations, and personnel administration.
• Contribute to local and global strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and customer experiences.

Your background

• A background in sales, customer support, or a similar service-oriented role is highly valued. Additionally, an education in service, business administration, or a related field is considered a strong advantage.
• Possess strong coordination and structured skills to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exhibit a proactive mindset, anticipating both challenges and opportunities in the operational environment.
• Showcase excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic and multicultural setting.
• Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential as you become a part of our global business.
