Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who wants to become a key player in our team! Are you a structured and service-oriented person with an eye for detail? Do you thrive in a role where you can combine administration, customer contact, and logistics? Then this could be the job for you!

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be a central part of our operations and an important link between our customers, sales team, consumers, and our internal processes. In this role, you will handle order and invoicing flows, as well as all administration related to our products. You will also support our sales team and external sales resources, administer quotation materials, and update our sales system. An important part of the job also involves handling logistics-related questions related to orders, as well as managing customer, article, and price registers in our systems. You will ensure that customer and bonus agreements are followed, prepare reports and statistics for follow-up, manage the telephone exchange, and provide first-line support.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in sales; preferably you have worked as an inside salesperson, order receiver, or in retail. The important thing is that you have an understanding of the logistics flow.

You are easy to collaborate with and have the ability to be structured, efficient, and meticulous in pressured situations. To thrive in the role of Sales Coordinator, you have a burning interest in providing excellent service to both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you feel comfortable in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as Herdins is also represented in the national market. It is also an advantage if you have a knack for numbers as you will be working with statistics.

You are easy to collaborate with and passionate about providing excellent service both internally and externally. You should have at least three years of relevant education or equivalent work experience and be accustomed to working in business systems. Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, are also a requirement. We also see that you are curious about and interested in new digital solutions to streamline and adapt our processes. You master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
