About us

Frostbrunnsgården HVB caters to boys aged 13-17 with various forms of psychosocial issues such as emerging criminality, aggressive behavior, or other norm-breaking behaviors. Neuropsychiatric diagnoses and traumatic experiences are common among the youth who come to us.

We are now looking for summer substitutes and would love to meet you if you are in training or are a qualified treatment or social pedagogue, or if you have other relevant education or work experience related to the target group.

About the role

Your main tasks will include:

• Planning and carrying out daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc.
• Activities with our youth
• Daily care and supervision
• Documentation according to BBIC
• Network contacts
• Treatment work based on CBT, low-arousal approach, and social and emotional skills training

The work varies during daytime, evenings, and weekends. We are also looking for substitutes interested in working awake nights. Start date is according to agreement, but we hope you can be introduced to the operation during the spring.

The position is temporary during the regular staff's leave.

Salary according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A criminal record check will be conducted prior to employment.

To apply for the position, you must:

• Be a qualified social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or have another completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent
• Have experience in treatment work
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Have good IT skills as documentation is extensive
• Have a B driver's license
