ABOUT THE POSITION

As a personal assistant, you will help our clients around Mora with their daily routines, personal care, and activities. You are an important part of their everyday life, and your work contributes to their ability to live an independent and active life. Working hours vary and may include both weekdays and weekends, depending on the client's needs and situation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Are interested in working as a substitute or summer assistant.
• Are attentive and have a genuine interest in working with people.
• Have the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The positions are primarily based in Mora, but there may be clients living in nearby areas. If you are willing to travel shorter distances, we appreciate if you indicate this in your application.

WORKING AT VI OMSORG

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and pension agreement. You are insured while at work and commuting in case something unforeseen happens. We offer wellness grants to all our employees. Additionally, we organize activities aimed at both you as an employee and the client you work with. We care about your well-being as an employee!

To be employed with us at Vi Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you must present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that you order an extract from the Police now, as their processing time may vary.
