Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who matches the following:

• wants to work with a man in his 30s living in Rättvik
• has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• has a B driver's license
• is tolerant of pets
• has good physical condition
• is smoke-free

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work
• are calm and patient
• enjoy doing activities such as walking or going swimming

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts"; one position is approximately 80% and the other is approximately 45%. The position involves working around the clock from 09:00 to 09:00 with on-call duty at night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
