Cold Kitchen Chef for an exciting assignment in the city!

About the role

As a cold kitchen chef, you will be responsible for the daily production for our cafés, as well as catering/orders that need to go out and plan your daily work.

Being involved in creating an attractive offering for both conference/catering and café with high quality and cost awareness is an important part of the job. You are responsible for ensuring that the operations are led and managed, in close collaboration with the head chef and other colleagues, in accordance with laws, agreements, and ISS policy, so that the client's expectations are met.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probation period. Start date as soon as possible. The restaurant is open during the day, but some evening work may occur.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and people. You are a trained cold kitchen chef with at least 5 years of industry experience. Your IT skills are good, and your Swedish is proficient in both spoken and written forms.

As a person, you are self-driven, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-oriented. You are organized and have the ability to plan, structure, and organize your work. Your social skills are strong, where you are open, attentive, clear, and have excellent collaboration abilities. You are proactive and communicative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
