Join the Swedish Piadina Revolution and help us create the future of Piadina in Sweden.

Piadina is an Italian street food, very well-known in Italy but quite unknown in Sweden. A few good selected ingredients in a freshly baked flatbread. That's it!

We have opened the first artisan piadineria in Sweden, and we are fully committed to making piadina, as well as fresh pasta and other simple Italian dishes. 100% authentic like at home in Italy.

Here we do a bit of everything: besides piadina, we bake pizza and make fresh pasta, cook simple meals, serve wine, and laugh with our guests. And with you on our team, who knows what we can come up with...

The requirements for applicants are: to be social and outgoing, to have a passion for Italian food, to be practical in the kitchen, and to be willing to take responsibility.

Age, gender, and experience are not important. What we want is for you to be resourceful and independent and feel ready to run an authentic piadineria!

However, it is required that you speak good Swedish as we want to be a bridge between Italy and Sweden.

If you have a nonna who was a true azdora or if you have won the Italian street food master chef, we will definitely give you extra points 🇮🇹

If you have a pastry education and experience from food festivals or food trucks, you will also get bonus points, as well as if you are an Instagram food influencer.

But if you have a strong desire to launch a new food product in a foreign country and are ready to fight for it, you are definitely the right person for us!
