Become a part of Motel L in Älvsjö, the affordable design hotel perfectly located centrally in Älvsjö near the Stockholm Fair and commuter train.

We are now looking for a star for our reception who is passionate about the profession and wants to provide the best service to our guests. To thrive with us, engagement, love for the profession, flexibility, and responsibility are required.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you will work with traditional reception duties, such as check-in and check-out, booking, sales, and information. Sales in our bar are also included. You are an important part of the hotel team and ensure that our guests are personally welcomed and receive the best possible service. In this recruitment, we are looking for someone with experience in a booking system. We use Mews.

Working hours are scheduled between 07:00-23:00, weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We expect you to speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.

To apply for this position, you must be at least 20 years old as we handle alcohol.

Experience in the hotel industry.

Conditions

The position is a need-based employment for occasional days that may transition into a part-time position. Varied working hours including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
