ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for Receptionists to join our Front Office team.

As a person, you are professional, driven, and passionate, a goal-oriented team player with a sense of quality and personal service. It is beneficial if you have an interest in hotels and the industry at large.

Responsibilities as a receptionist at Villa Dahlia include, among other things;

• Check-in and check-out of guests according to hotel standards
• Receive incoming booking inquiries
• Answer incoming calls and ensure they are directed to the right person
• Handle guest requests for restaurant bookings, transport bookings, etc.
• Assist with luggage handling
• Work with upselling in focus

DESIRED QUALITIES You are professional, flexible, and engaged with a sense of quality and personal service. You are used to working independently and are driven by meeting and exceeding our guests' expectations.

Experience

We prefer that you have previous experience with HMS or another hotel booking system.

You have at least 1 year of relevant experience and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.

The positions are available at different employment levels and the working hours include days, evenings, and weekends.

1 position is a full-time temporary contract for 1 year.

1 position is permanent at 50% with the chance for increased employment level.
