District Nurse/Asthma-COPD Nurse at Adolfsbergs Health Center

Job Responsibilities

The tasks are characterized by independent work with the patients' best interests in focus. The work includes patient care in outpatient care, telephone counseling, digital counseling via chat, medication management, and prescribing certain medications and aids. Part of the position includes having your own clinic with responsibility for Asthma/COPD. In combination with the independent work, you will have close collaboration with your other colleagues at the health center.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a district nurse or a licensed nurse with further education in Asthma/COPD. If you do not have further education in Asthma/COPD but have an interest in the area, there is an opportunity for training.

We place great importance on personal qualities as well as good collaboration skills, flexibility, and a friendly and service-oriented approach. You also find it easy to create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the development and change projects of the organization is seen as a natural part of your work.
