The company has approximately 40 employees and serves around 80 home care clients in Örebro. ​

Job Responsibilities

As a summer substitute in home care at Akita Omsorg, you will:

• Perform care services according to assistance decisions, which may include personal hygiene, dressing, and other daily activities.​
• Be responsible for service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and window cleaning.​
• Respond to safety alarms and provide support as needed during daytime.
• Work to promote the client's independence and safety at home.​

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in care and support, preferably in home care.​
• Has training as a nursing assistant or caregiver, which is an advantage.​
• Possesses good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.​
• Is flexible, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people.​
• Holds a B driver's license or can cycle, which is a requirement for the position.​

Working Hours and Duration

• The positions are summer substitutes from June to August 2025.​
• Working hours may vary between day, evening, and weekend.​
