Your role – a broad and strategic responsibility

As a Technical Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient and sustainable technical operations of our properties – but it is much more than that. You will be an important part of Morastrand's development journey and will have a key role in identifying areas for improvement, optimizing operations, and developing strategies for the future.

Your main responsibilities:

· Responsible for operations and maintenance – ensuring that the properties are in good condition and that regulatory requirements are met.

· Establish and develop maintenance plans – both short- and long-term plans to optimize the properties' lifespan and economy.

· Energy and environmental work – lead efforts in energy efficiency and transition to fossil-free operations.

· Project management – responsible for smaller renovation and remodeling projects and assist in larger projects.

· Financial responsibility – assist in preparing budgets for operations and maintenance and follow up on costs and key figures.

· Supplier and contract responsibility – set requirements and follow up with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

· Technical documentation – ensure that operational and maintenance documents and drawings are updated and followed.

· Tenant relations – be a technical contact point for tenants, listen to needs, and ensure that the living environment meets high standards.

· Development and improvement – actively work to improve work methods and implement new, smart solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has experience in technical management, operations, or maintenance of properties – preferably from a real estate company.

· Is structured and organized – you have the ability to create clear processes and routines that endure over time.

· Is innovative and development-oriented – you are driven to find improvements and implement new working methods.

· Has experience in project management and procurement – you are used to handling multiple projects simultaneously.

· Has good communication skills – you build long-term relationships with both tenants, suppliers, and colleagues.

· Has technical education in real estate, construction, energy, or similar – or equivalent experience from working life.

· Has a B driver's license – the position requires travel within Mora municipality.
