Department Description

The Maintenance Department is a service department consisting of approximately 80 employees who work with maintenance at our production facilities in Grängesberg and Hällefors. The department performs everything from emergency to planned and preventive maintenance on behalf of its customers, as well as driving projects and improvements.

To adapt the organization and meet our needs, we are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer stationed in Grängesberg, with work areas in both Grängesberg and Hällefors.

Responsibilities and Main Duties

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be one of the key persons in the operational reliability work at the brewery. You will be responsible for the development of our preventive maintenance in collaboration with production and the rest of the maintenance organization.

You will drive improvement work by continuously analyzing and investigating events that affect operational reliability, conducting root cause analyses, and developing action plans, both independently and by leading improvement groups. The work includes developing new maintenance plans for new acquisitions and revising maintenance plans for existing equipment, ABC classification of equipment, spare parts preparation for equipment, and participating in investment projects as an expert and requirement setter in maintenance issues.

Requirements and Personal Attributes

We expect you to have a university degree in maintenance or mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience. We also see that you:

• have significant experience from a similar role
• have experience from maintenance work in the process industry
• are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• have a valid driver's license (B)
• have experience working with maintenance systems

It is advantageous if you also have:

• experience from the food industry
• experience working in Maximo
