Property Manager Wanted at Tunabyggen

We are looking for a Property Manager who will play a key role in the development of our Property Service department. About the Position

In your role, you will be responsible for monitoring the external environment and identifying trends and opportunities that can benefit our operations. You will also have overall responsibility for the department's results and budget, focusing on achieving set goals.

As a Property Manager, you will be part of the management team at AB Stora Tunabyggens and actively contribute to strategic decisions that affect the entire organization. You will report directly to our CEO. You will be the process owner for the management process and ensure effective work methods that support our goals. You are expected to develop and implement clear goal management within the department to optimize results and efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a leader who is driven by working with a focus on personnel. With strong communication skills and a natural talent for coaching and inspiring, you create engagement and development within the team.

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in personnel and operational responsibility.
• Several years of experience leading within property management, industry, logistics, or similar operations.
• Experience in management team work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).
