About the position

As a project coordinator, you are part of the management team within the Investments section. The section drives investment projects and improvements aimed at developing all production lines in the area to streamline and create fossil-free steel production.

The project coordinator's mission is to support managers within the Investments section, ensure resource allocation, and training of technical consultants. In this position, you will also be responsible for training and following up on technical consultants, as well as driving the development of working methods for the investment process in Borlänge.

We are looking for someone with great commitment and enthusiasm. You will work closely with our production departments to ensure resource allocation in prioritized assignments as well as progress in ongoing projects.

Together with the managers, you will also drive key issues within the section.

About you

• You are an engineer or have education/experience that we assess as equivalent.
• You have experience in driving development work and projects in an industrial environment.
• Since the position involves contacts with both internal and external parties outside Sweden, it is a requirement that you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• We place great importance on your personal qualities.
• You have strong collaboration and initiative skills and are systematic and attentive.
• You find it easy to communicate with people at different levels and in different roles.
