Shift Production Leader

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client manufactures transformers and also offers diagnostics, regeneration, service, and spare parts to customers worldwide. Here, there is expertise in the ultra-high voltage levels that are required when large amounts of power need to be transmitted over long distances.

Our client is now looking for a shift production leader to manage a team of about 20 employees with a focus on quality and performance goals. You are expected to lead and build your team with a positive attitude and ensure that you work safely and securely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible and updated on the delivery plan to act in the best way to meet deadlines and goals
  • Drive the department's improvement work as well as economic and personnel matters
  • In addition to your team members, you will have many contacts within the company, as well as with other units within our client's organization and with suppliers and customers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a technical interest and a good understanding of production flows, either acquired through education or work experience
  • Has previous leadership experience as a manager/project leader/team leader or experience in a leadership role from e.g., associations/voluntary work
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

  • Completed technical education relevant to our client

Other information:

  • Working hours: Two shifts. Working hours are 05:30-14:00, 14:00-22:30
  • Scope: Long-term need starting with a 12-month consulting assignment
