Technical Order Leader

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Technical Order Leader, you will have overall responsibility for a customer portfolio and ensure that all orders are handled smoothly from start to delivery. In this role, you will work closely with both customers and internal departments such as sales, design, purchasing, finance, planning, and production. Part of the tasks includes administrative order registration, but primarily the work involves technical investigations, customer dialogue, and internal coordination to ensure that orders can be fulfilled. It is a great advantage if you are communicative and enjoy handling customer contacts in a technical context.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Conduct technical investigations
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and internal colleagues
• Ensure that deliveries are made according to plan and take action if necessary
• Collaborate with different functions within the company to optimize the order flow
• Some registration and management of customer orders in the business system

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has an engineering degree, preferably in industrial economics or similar. Alternatively, several years of experience working with order management of technical products, for example as a technical project manager
• Has a strong technical interest and the ability to understand complex products
• Excellent knowledge of English in both spoken and written form

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience working in SAP
• Knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form
• Knowledge of other languages, preferably Indian, Spanish, or Turkish
