At Arqly, we have about 60 consultants working to make our clients' visions a reality. We have been around since 1975 and have operated under the name Arqly since January 2021.

Arqly takes responsibility for the entirety of the project and its surroundings. We plan, lead, and coordinate all steps until the goal is reached. We are particularly skilled at managing large, complex projects, but we also work on smaller projects, always with the same commitment.

We now want to strengthen our team in Dalarna with a Project Manager Architect.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for you who want to take on the role of Project Manager Architect with us and become an important member of our team. As a Project Manager Architect, you will coordinate and lead projects internally and towards the client. You are responsible for ensuring that relevant drawings and calculations are produced in the assignments, as well as that cost, quality, and time goals are met.

The role also includes acting as a mentor and supporting other architects and engineers; your contribution is an important part of the group's development. The position is located in Borlänge or Ludvika.

About You

You are a trained architect and have worked for at least 7-8 years in the profession. You have worked for several years as a project-leading architect and have experience in mentorship and an interest in leadership.

To succeed in the role, your ability to collaborate is one of your greatest strengths, and problem-solving is part of your daily work. You possess strong communication skills and have good self-awareness. Last but not least, you always have the client's benefit in focus! You have a genuine interest in coaching your colleagues and enjoy contributing to development.

Desirable Qualifications

You should preferably be knowledgeable in accessibility and have experience working as Bas-P.
