With us, nursing assistants and nurses work together, and the operational area is also led by nurses. We provide care in several different areas such as internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, geriatrics, and palliative care. We are a total of 360 people distributed across nine care departments and ASIH, currently having 173 care places.

Are you a nurse curious about leadership and want a varied job focusing on developing the future of care? ASIH is now looking for a deputy unit manager who wants to work both administratively and clinically. The administrative work is about 40% where you will work on leading development work and some personnel administrative tasks. Together with the unit manager, you will lead and plan the work in the unit. The work includes quality and nursing improvements as well as the establishment and updating of routines and guidelines.

Advanced home care means that you, as a nurse, are part of a multidisciplinary team tasked with caring for seriously ill patients at home during acute, curative, or palliative phases. Our geographical catchment area includes Södertälje, Nykvarn, and Salem municipalities.

At ASIH, we are now building the future form of care with the project, Södertälje Hospital Home, which means that patients are offered hospital care at home and you, as an ASIH nurse, are part of the mobile care team, Södertälje Hospital Home, together with internal medicine doctors. Some technical monitoring is included in home hospital care, and rounds take place daily.

Your qualifications:

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious:

• Leadership experience
• Specialist nurse in palliative/oncological care
• Experience in ASIH, basic home healthcare, emergency care, hematology, or oncology.

Employment form:

Permanent employment, full-time. 3-shift.
