Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care along with Ambulance, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each local care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's medical advice, youth reception, and the local care department Näva, all of which are grant-funded.

We are located in Torvalla center and work closely with our patients across a range of competencies: nursing assistants, district nurses, registered nurses, specialists in general medicine, psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers, medical secretaries, as well as dietitians, rehabilitation coordinators, and occupational therapists. Additionally, we have a Family Center with BVC and MVC under the same roof – a perfect environment for creating holistic solutions for our patients.

• Telephone advice, urgent visits, outpatient work, and home visits

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a trained district nurse, preferably with experience in primary care. If you have expertise in asthma/COPD, diabetes, blood pressure management, or wound care, it is an advantage.

But the most important thing for us is who you are. We believe that you:
