At Surgical Department 1, you have the opportunity to broaden your skills in many different surgical areas. We primarily care for patients in urology, vascular surgery, breast and endocrinology, as well as ear, nose, and throat. We have both acute and elective patients with generally short care processes. We work in teams and with person-centered care.

You will receive four weeks of introduction with us to ensure that you feel secure in your new workplace. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to influence the scheduling of your working hours through individual schedules in Heroma. We operate around the clock, and you will work night shifts by agreement. Weekend work, two weekends every five weeks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for basic care as well as catheter placement, venipuncture, drains, wound dressings, mobilization, etc. You will experience a variety of tasks as you work with both elective and acute care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has certification for a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
