The distance between the health center and the nearest hospital is 18 miles, so both emergency care and other healthcare are provided at the health center. With us, you work with colleagues and in teams with many professions, with both depth and breadth in competence. Svegs Health Center has about 4,800 registered patients. The unit is characterized by a deep commitment and responsibility for the operations conducted in Härjedalen. The foundation of the work is outpatient activities with a broad primary care commitment. This includes general practitioner consultations, community nurse consultations, minor emergency care, psychosocial activities, physiotherapy, radiology, laboratory, midwifery, maternal health care, and child health care. Svegs Health Center also operates a Nursing Department (NÄVA) with 2 observation beds for inpatient care with 24/7 care. This is staffed by the municipality's nurses. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse/community nurse at Svegs HC, the tasks vary between planned consultations, telephone advice, and work in the minor emergency department.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or a nurse with a specialist degree as a community nurse. Experience is required from the professional role, and experience from primary care is also desirable and meritorious. We are looking for someone who seeks development, who wants to contribute to continuous improvements at our health center, and who is willing to share your thoughts and ideas.
