This is the mission

• Organization As Project Manager, you will lead and develop an engaged team of 13 experienced project managers, where technology, environment, and law collaborate to drive successful projects. The department is based at the headquarters in Uddevalla, but our projects extend across all four of our owner municipalities and include both renovation and new construction of pipelines and facilities.
• Project Planning & Follow-up You have overall responsibility for leading and developing the department. Through clear planning, resource allocation, and continuous follow-up, you create the right conditions for project managers to effectively manage contracts with high quality. You ensure that work flows smoothly and that each project is executed in the best possible way.
• Community Contacts As the company's representative in construction or civil engineering projects, you collaborate with both municipalities, developers, and our internal departments while managing contacts with authorities. You navigate projects through the municipal decision-making process and ensure that necessary permits and approvals are in place. You also play a central role in both negotiations and complex discussions, contributing to long-term and smooth solutions.

• Professional Background You have experience in the water and sewage industry or related fields, alternatively a background as a site manager or another leadership role within contracting. Regardless of your background, we look forward to you wanting to develop both the department and yourself in this role.
• Structure We are looking for someone with a high ability to delegate and allocate resources in a way that ensures projects are driven according to plan and budget. By clarifying responsibilities and priorities, you create a structured work process where the team can work focused and efficiently towards common goals.
• Team Builder with a Holistic Perspective As a project manager, you are the cohesive link in the team and unite the group of project managers towards common goals. You create a culture where collaboration, support, and trust are self-evident, while ensuring that each individual has the right conditions to succeed. By being a sounding board, providing guidance, and backing up your team in both large and small matters, you build strong relationships and create a safe work environment.
• Secure and Decisive Leadership With good judgment and a stable approach, you tackle challenges and make decisions with confidence. You weigh options, act with clarity, and ensure that projects move forward, even in complex situations.
