About Kavat Vård Kavat Vård offers elderly care with various focuses and profiles. Our operations are located in municipalities in Stockholm County that have implemented freedom of choice reforms.

We believe in the individual's right to choose and want to offer clear concepts, such as animals & nature, hotel concepts, all-inclusive, well-being, and/or language profiles.

Krögaren and Muraren are two elderly care homes in central Rimbo where residents have the opportunity to move in with their pets. The facilities have a total of 46 places and we cater to both dementia and somatic care. We are looking for individuals with high service and response standards who want to provide that little extra for our residents.

Job Responsibilities At Kavat Vård, we have a strong sense of community and together we strive to live up to our values every day in our interactions with residents as well as in leadership and among employees. In the role of care assistant, you and your colleagues will plan the workday based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful everyday life for the residents are important parts of the job.

Qualifications We are looking for you who are a care assistant or nursing aide with experience in elderly care. We place great emphasis on response, communication, and contact management, so it is very important that you have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written.

All our documentation is done in the journal system Safe Doc, so good computer skills are necessary.

Vaccination Requirements Employees hired at Kavat Vård must be vaccinated against Covid

To protect our elderly and other risk groups, you need to be Covid vaccinated. We will ask to see your Covid certificate during the interview.

Background Checks We conduct background checks on all individuals before an employment offer is made.
