About the position

As an Account Manager here at Scania Bemanning, you will primarily work with prospecting new clients, scheduling and fulfilling meetings, implementing business deals, and strengthening and managing existing clients - in the best possible way! We are proud of our clients and partners, and we want them to know it!

We see that you

• Have previously worked as an account manager in a similar company

• Have prior experience with public procurement

• Have worked in warehousing, logistics, industry, and/or production before

• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car

This is what you will do with us

As an Account Manager, you are the hub of Scania Bemanning. You work closely with owners, colleagues, and partners. Your tasks include:

• Joint startup meetings with our clients where you help define the competence and attraction profile for the role to be recruited together with the responsible consulting manager

• Monitoring the environment to find the best solutions for our existing and future clients

• Responsible for finding new sustainable collaborations for our clients

• Supporting colleagues as needed in handling applications, test results, reference checks, etc.

• Ensuring excellent delivery together with the rest of the team

• Challenging and developing our working methods to drive Scania Bemanning towards becoming the most obvious local player in recruitment and staffing

We are looking for someone with industry experience who wants to develop a sales organization and has a genuine interest in sales and growth! The most important thing is that you, like Scania Bemanning, are unafraid to try new paths to achieve better results. We see that you are solution-oriented and have a positive attitude. You possess great social skills, are empathetic and curious, while also having strong drive and a large network.

As this is a young company in an internal development process, we see it as crucial that you have previously worked with similar tasks.
