Drottning Blanka's Gymnasium in Falkenberg was established in 2000 and offers vocational and university preparatory education in the craft program, hotel and tourism program, aesthetic program, economics program, and social science program. The school has about 130 students and 20 employees. We are now looking for a vocational teacher in hotel and tourism for our operations.

Your Assignment

We are now offering a position at 60% for teaching in the hotel and tourism program. As a tourism teacher with us, you will help launch the program in close collaboration with a growing industry and be responsible for the school's internationalization efforts. As a teacher with us, you are attentive to the students' needs and create the right conditions for their knowledge acquisition. Therefore, it is important for us to feel a strong commitment to the students, staff, and the school.

Your Profile

Primarily, we are looking for someone who is a qualified vocational teacher or has extensive experience in the field. We seek someone with a strong personal commitment to learning and developing our students' knowledge. As a teacher, you are attentive and want to guide students for the future. You are also creative, social, structured, and have an easy time collaborating with colleagues.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months (provided you meet the requirements for eligibility under the Education Act). Start date is August 12.
