Rolfstorp School is a F-9 school with an attached after-school program. The school has a close collaboration with Skällinge School, which is a F-3 school. Together, Rolfstorp and Skällinge Schools have 360 students. Rolfstorp School is beautifully situated with the forest right at its doorstep.

The schools are actively working on development efforts to increase students' well-being and achieve better results. They focus on strengthening the sense of community and a positive work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position at Rolfstorp School involves working in the F-3 team. In the upcoming school year, the position will primarily focus on work in F-1. Qualification in SVA is considered a plus. You will be teaching most subjects in F-1.

Motivating and inspiring students is your greatest drive. Together with your colleagues, you will shape a relational leadership where the quality of teaching is the focus. We create the best possible meeting for learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a teacher, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating teaching. Your teaching is based on proven experience and scientific grounds with an exploratory approach.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the operations by planning and following up on teaching together. You have a good structure in your work and can adapt the teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. Together, we are responsible for creating a sustainable work environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.
