Trönninge School was built alongside a Sports Center in Trönninge, just northeast of Varberg, and was completed in the 2017/2018 school year. The school is a K-9 school with an after-school program, and currently, about 800 students attend.

Our goal is for our students to feel involved in their learning, experience joy, and have faith in the future when they leave Trönninge School.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Motivating and inspiring students is your greatest drive. Together with your colleagues, you shape a relational leadership where the quality of teaching is the focus. We create the best possible meeting for learning.

As a teacher at Trönninge School's leisure center in Varberg Municipality, you play a central role in creating a safe, developing, and motivating environment for the students. By planning, implementing, and following up your varied teaching, you give students the opportunity to develop both socially and academically. You work to strengthen their creativity, curiosity, and self-esteem through play, creation, and movement.

Together with your colleagues, you plan and follow up the leisure center's activities based on your choices of pedagogical and didactic strategies and methods, tailored to the students' needs and conditions. You meet each student in their knowledge progression and contribute to developing learning environments that encourage students' learning, participation, and influence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching license with qualifications for teaching in leisure centers. With a holistic view of learning and teaching, you see the opportunities to support students' development throughout the school day and create a red thread between school and leisure center.

As a teacher at Trönninge School's leisure center, you are engaged and have a formative approach with the ability to create motivating and activating teaching. Your teaching is based on proven experience and scientific grounds with an exploratory approach.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the operations by planning and following up on teaching together. You have a good structure in your work and can adapt teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. Together, we at Trönninge School's leisure center are responsible for creating a sustainable working environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.
