ABOUT THE POSITION

DeltaNordic is a Swedish company that delivers advanced electrical and electronic system solutions to customers in the global market. From small standalone PCBA:s to two-meter high electrical cabinets. They are now looking for a Buyer for their team in Kungsängen.

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders and ensuring that materials and components are ordered and delivered on time according to plan. Your tasks will vary depending on the customer and assignment, but generally, you will work on analyzing needs, placing orders, and managing supplier contacts. You will also maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure that purchase orders are placed and updated correctly. You will be part of a team with other buyers and will receive training and support from your colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Contact with suppliers, both via email and phone
Material management within order handling and order placement
Be involved in creating efficient flows
Analysis of inventory levels and responsibility for material needs

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a relevant post-secondary education in economics or purchasing
Has previous experience in purchasing
Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as these languages are used in daily work
Has good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package, mainly Excel

It is an advantage if you have knowledge or experience in electronics as DeltaNordic is an electronics company.
