Korpen Karlstad wants everyone to be able to move in our association, young and old. The focus is on community and joy of movement rather than performance. We aim to create what is currently lacking in the sports life of Karlstad or what we see is in demand.

We now want to create an outdoor activity for our seniors who are already members with us and to attract more seniors to find their way to Korpen Karlstad.

We are looking for someone to lead walking with poles, 6 sessions before summer and 6 sessions after our summer break, one morning a week in Sannaskogen. We want to incorporate strength and balance exercises and will help you create an activity that feels good for you as a leader. We will conclude both periods with a joint coffee break where we provide coffee and pastries and evaluate the activity together with the participants to create an appreciated activity. We will purchase poles and lend them out during the period.
