Description:

Prästbols School is a F-6 school and after-school care. The school has about 60 students. The classrooms are well adapted for teaching, where focus on leadership and stimulation is important to us. Our outdoor environment invites play and movement. Prästbols School is a multicultural school, and we work with language and knowledge-developing methods. Our school's core values are constantly in focus and are a natural part of our daily work. We base our work on our values: respect, development, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include leading and being responsible for the pedagogical work based on the curriculum's mission. You will be part of a work team and responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the pedagogical work. Mentorship is included in the position, where you are expected to conduct development talks and meetings with guardians. With us, you will find colleagues in a strong community, all taking personal responsibility, participating in guidance and targeted training.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a teacher with valid qualifications and certification aimed at grades 4-6 in primary school. You have a holistic view, interest, and commitment to the entire student's development, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt, as well as the ability to teach at different levels with various methods. We seek someone who is calm and stable, has great patience, and the ability to adapt to the student's conditions and needs.

Conditions:

Before employment can occur, a valid extract from the police's criminal record must be presented. Interviews will be conducted continuously, and appointment may occur before the application deadline. The position will be filled if the necessary decisions are made.
