Job Responsibilities:  

The position involves being a teaching teacher in textile handicrafts at Prästbols school and Lysviks school. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work in collaboration with other educators and staff at the schools. You will closely cooperate with the teacher in wood and metal handicrafts regarding the planning for the subject of handicrafts in general, as well as in various projects, assessments, etc. You are well-versed in the governing documents and use pedagogical planning as the foundation for your work. You take overall responsibility and work to create a safe environment for all students at the school.  

Qualifications: 

We are looking for a certified teacher in the subject of textile handicrafts for grades 3-6; experience working in schools is a merit. You have a holistic view, interest, and commitment to the entire student's development, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt, as well as the ability to teach in a differentiated manner. You are flexible, solution-focused, calm, and stable, and you have great patience and the ability to wait for the student according to their conditions and needs. We place great importance on personal suitability for the position.  

Conditions 

Before employment can occur, a valid extract from the police's criminal record must be presented. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period, starting from 2025-08-11.  Interviews are conducted continuously during the recruitment period, and hiring decisions may be made before the application deadline.  The position will be filled if the necessary decisions are made.  The employment rate is 40%.  

A valid B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
