Description:
Fryxellska School is looking for a teacher for adapted primary school to teach our students in grades seven to nine.

In the municipality's schools, we work for inclusive teaching of high quality. Through clear pedagogical relational leadership, we aim to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment with variety and challenges. We have a good atmosphere at our school with happy students and a very dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:
You will plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work in collaboration with other educators and staff at the school. You must be easy to collaborate with, and the role also includes mentoring student assistants in their work. You should be well-versed in the governing documents and use pedagogical planning as a basis for your work. You take overall responsibility and work for a safe environment for all students at the school.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a certified teacher for grades 7-9 with knowledge and experience of students in need of special support, and it is an advantage if you have a special education degree focused on intellectual disabilities. You have a holistic view, interest, and commitment to the entire student's development, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt as well as the ability to teach in a differentiated manner. You are flexible, solution-focused, calm, and stable, and have great patience and the ability to wait for the student according to their conditions and needs. We place great importance on personal suitability for the position.

Conditions:
Before employment can occur, a valid extract from the police's criminal record must be presented. The position is a permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period starting on 2025-08-11 or by agreement.
