Through a clear pedagogical relational leadership, we aim to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment with variation and challenges. Lysvik School is centrally located in Lysvik parish. The school has students aged 6 to 12 years distributed from preschool class to grade 6. At the school, we take joint responsibility for all students and collaborate with the preschool Barnens Hus, which is located in the same school area.

Responsibilities: As a teacher in after-school care/after-school educator, you are involved in planning, organizing, and developing the after-school care's activities together with colleagues in accordance with the curriculum. Your main assignment is as a teacher in after-school care/after-school educator, but during school hours, you work, based on your competence and experience, with student groups together with other educators at the school. Some teaching responsibility may occur, as well as support for students with needs is included in the position.

Qualifications: You have a teaching license with the authority to conduct teaching in after-school care, a university degree intended for work as an after-school educator, or alternatively, a teaching license for the earlier years of primary school. You have a holistic view, interest, and commitment to the entire student's development, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt, as well as the ability to meet students at different levels with different methods.

Conditions: The positions are permanent, provided that the right qualifications are held by the person hired. Interviews are conducted continuously, and appointments may occur before the application deadline expires.
