We are looking for a teacher in wood and metal crafts, one for Lysvik and Prästbols school.

Job Responsibilities:

The positions are located within the Solbacka principal area as teaching teachers in wood and metal crafts, with the current placement at Lysvik and Prästbols school. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical work in collaboration with other educators and staff at the schools. You will closely collaborate with the textile crafts teacher regarding the planning for the craft subject in general, as well as in various projects, assessments, etc. You are well acquainted with the governing documents and use pedagogical planning as the basis for your work. You take overall responsibility and work for a safe environment for all students at the school.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher in the subject of wood and metal crafts for grades 3-6, and it is advantageous if you have experience working in schools. You have a holistic view, interest, and commitment to the development of the whole student, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt and teach differentiated. You are flexible, solution-focused, calm, and stable, and have great patience and the ability to wait for the student according to their conditions and needs. We place great importance on personal suitability for the position.

Conditions

Before employment can take place, a valid extract from the police's criminal record must be presented. The position is a permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period, starting on 2025-08-11 or by agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline expires. A valid B driver's license is a requirement.

The employment rate is 40%.
