Logistics Coordinator with a focus on freight analysis and customs handling for our logistics team in Malmö.

The assignment within Granngården:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are a key person regarding freight, pallets, and customs. You are the one with expertise in our freight and the one who has contact with transport and our stores. You will also be the customs responsible for Granngården and assist with your knowledge by being able to answer questions and conduct internal training. You are also responsible for nShift to follow up, analyze, and make improvements. We use CPL as a partner when it comes to pallets, and you are the main contact for that flow.

The position is located in Malmö.

In the role of Supply Chain Coordinator at Granngården, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and coding Granngården's overhead invoices such as freight, customs handling, and packaging.
• Following up and analyzing our contractual freight
• Following up and analyzing our pallet flow
• Customs responsible
• Responsible for nShift for B2B

Qualifications:

To succeed in the role of Supply Chain Coordinator, we believe you have a background from, for example, the transport industry and have experience with freight bookings, nShift, invoice management, and customs handling. You probably have an academic education with a focus on logistics or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.

As a person, you are expected to be systematic, network-building, analytical, and able to take your own initiatives. Having daily contact with stores and transport companies and solving problems is something you are passionate about.
