Customer Service Representative with Administrative Focus for E-commerce in Falkenberg!

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer service representative who wants to be part of a wonderful team! About the Assignment

As part of the customer service team, you are the face of e-commerce and handle both private and corporate customers via phone, chat, and email. The role also involves administrative work where you manage quotes, credit assessments, and order placements. Responsibilities include

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, and complaints.
  • Handling sales assignments for corporate customers.
  • Administering quotes, conducting credit assessments, and managing order placements.
  • Communicating with customers via email, chat, and phone in both Swedish and English.

Qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education.
  • Experience in service roles within B2C and/or B2B.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience with helpdesk systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar is highly meritorious.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is strongly meritorious.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Location & Scope

The position is full-time and based in Falkenberg with the possibility of hybrid work. Start is immediate, and the assignment runs until the end of July with the possibility of extension.
