The Role of Establishment Secretary with Us

In the role of establishment secretary, you will coordinate the establishment work at an overarching level and support the establishment guides in their tasks.

This may include supporting documentation and acting as a role model in coaching conversations with the unit's target groups. You will participate in quality work to continuously evaluate the unit's delivery against set goals. As an establishment secretary, you will work process- and result-oriented with the unit's target group, whose goal is to become independent and established in society after two years of establishment time. Together with the individual, you will set both short-term and long-term goals in the process of finding their own accommodation.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the practical reception of newcomers through, among other things, the introduction process. You will guide and coordinate efforts that should be systematically followed up to help the individual achieve their goals. You will act as a support and coach individuals belonging to the unit's target group to achieve results.

The work consists of documentation and follow-up work. We continuously document our efforts in the case management system Viva. The follow-up work means that you meet the newcomer physically at the Competence Center up to several times a week, which is an important success factor in the effective establishment of the target group. The work involves collaboration with many partners both internally and externally.

Being flexible and able to quickly adapt when conditions and situations change, as well as being solution-focused, is essential to succeed in the role. Additionally, you are communicative, value differences, and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect both yourself and others. You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a degree in social sciences or behavioral sciences or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
Experience working with various digital tools and digital communication
Relevant work experience and has worked with a coaching approach to motivate individuals
Has a B driver's license
