Do you want to be our Payroll Contact Person?

We are looking for someone who wants to act as the link between the company, employees, and our payroll outsourcing team at Visma.

We are seeking someone to work 25% as our Payroll Contact Person.

Responsibilities

As a Payroll Contact Person, you will work with:

• Input data for payroll processing.
• Ensuring correct data input in Agda PS, such as transfers between cost centers and schedule changes or updating payroll and personnel registers.
• Reviewing payroll specifications.
• Compiling reports for our financial accounting.
• Summarizing payroll data and reporting to authorities.
• Handling employee inquiries regarding salaries, taxes, and other financial matters.

The work will be carried out in close collaboration with others in the finance department and HR.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a payroll administrator and good knowledge of personnel administration, as well as being a proficient user of payroll and time reporting systems, particularly Agda PS.

You are structured and can communicate clearly and appropriately with various stakeholders, and you are resilient and solution-oriented without compromising quality and security.

You should also have a good understanding of the collective agreements between IF Metall, Unionen, Sveriges Ingenjörer, and Ledarna.

The position is 25% and can be scheduled according to your preferences.
