Therefore, there are no guarantees for a specific number of shifts.

Your responsibilities

The job as an interviewer at Ipsos Norm involves conducting interviews with individuals to collect data and information. As an interviewer, you will work with data collection in various areas such as market research and opinion surveys, and the data collection is conducted using different methods, usually via telephone or personal interviews.

Expectations of you

To succeed as an interviewer, you need to be proactive and skilled at communicating and encouraging interviewees to participate, as well as being open and honest in answering questions.

An important part of the job is to ensure that interviews are conducted in a professional and ethically correct manner. The interviewer profession often requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different situations and individuals. The interviewer should have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being adept at organizing and planning. The job requires the highest standards of confidential handling of information and privacy, as well as a high degree of integrity.

Depending on the data collection method to be used, requirements include having your own PC with Windows and a USB headset, basic computer skills such as downloading programs and troubleshooting, or in some cases access to a driver's license and a personal car, for example. Work may occur both during the day and in the evening. You need to be fluent in Swedish and registered in Sweden.
