Sweden is facing a brutal wave of violence. Every day, more young people are drawn into the criminal world, and we refuse to stand by and watch as children and teenagers are forced to make fateful decisions that could cost them their future – or their lives. It is time to stop the recruitment now.

We are fighting back by providing young people with a real alternative. But we need your help.

About Us

We are a non-profit organization running the project RÄTT VÄG. Our mission is to protect children and youth from the brutal consequences of crime and to give them a future filled with opportunities. Through meaningful activities, strong role models, and a safe community, we show that there is another choice. We focus on sports, outdoor activities, music, film, entrepreneurship, and much more – all to provide young people with a meaningful leisure time and hope for a better future.

About the Role

We are looking for influencers, micro-influencers, and social media creators who want to make a difference – while also earning good compensation through our new collaboration concept.

This can be part-time, full-time, or you can invoice for your work; we are open to suggestions.

We need someone who can:

• Create engaging and inspiring content for TikTok and Instagram
• Help us reach more people through social media
• Create ads to recruit more event and field sellers

Who Are You?

• You have an active personal account on Instagram and/or TikTok or a collaboration account where we can see your previous work
• You are passionate about creating positive change for youth and society
• You understand how social media works and how to create engagement
• You can create content that touches, inspires, and spreads
• You have a following – or want to build one
• You can create videos and reels that make people take action

Important Information About the Application

Due to the large number of applications, we can only proceed with candidates who include their username on Instagram and/or TikTok in their application. This is crucial for us to manage the process efficiently.
