In this role, you will be the hub of our Reception and Customer Service. You are part of the daily operations while also having an overall coordination responsibility – and a key role in the team's success!

Our customer service is the heart of Fortinova. Here, tenants and visitors receive a warm welcome, quick assistance, and wise answers. We are a small but close-knit team where responsibility, commitment, and a strong customer focus are crucial success factors. What you will do with us

🔹 Coordinate the work and team in Customer Service & Reception – you create structure and energy.

🔹 Meet and assist our customers via phone, email, and visits – you are the face of Fortinova.

🔹 Develop and optimize our working methods – you ensure we work smart and digitally.

🔹 Ensure first-class service internally and externally – you want to make a difference!

📍 Location: Varberg

⏰ Working hours: 07.00-16.00, flexible hours possible

📅 Employment: Permanent, 6 months probationary period

💰 Salary & benefits: Fixed monthly salary, 25 days of vacation, collective agreement
