JOB DESCRIPTION

You will ensure that the internal inventory of spare parts and consumables meets the needs of the business. You take full responsibility for the maintenance spare parts inventory, which includes ordering, purchasing, and stock management. In addition to the maintenance inventory, you will also be responsible for purchasing and employee service regarding our consumables for production at ServicePoint. In this role, you will have broad contact areas, both internally and externally, and tasks that guarantee that no day is like the other!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for ordering, stock security, inventory, and organization in the storage and inventory regarding the Maintenance Spare Parts Inventory.
• In close collaboration with UH technicians, you will be responsible for purchasing and stocking new spare parts and writing off outgoing spare parts for Maintenance.
• Staff ServicePoint during opening hours and be responsible for purchasing orders and handling ServicePoint's inventory of consumables, office supplies, work clothes, and protective equipment.
• Cost tracking and assist with details in budget work for ServicePoint and Maintenance spare parts inventory.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with broad technical knowledge and experience in maintenance work with the ability to understand exploded views or experience in spare parts purchasing. In addition, you have:

• High school education, preferably in workshop, technology, or what the employer deems equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic IT skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365

PREFERABLE

• Experience in internal improvement work.
